Fenomelt hot melt adhesives (hotmelts)
The Fenomelt product range consists of hot-melt adhesives that are suitable for a very wide range of applications.
The product series is based on four different types:
- Fenomelt A types (APAO-based)
- Fenomelt E-types (EVA-based)
- Fenomelt M grades (metallocene-based)
- Fenomelt S-types (SBS/SIS-based)
Unlike other industrial adhesives, hot melt adhesives consist of 100% solid material. They do not contain solvents, nor do they produce harmful overspray during processing. Any environmentally harmful emissions are therefore avoided.
Easy storage, insensitivity to cold, long shelf life and simple handling round off the advantages of Fenomelt hotmelt adhesives over alternative adhesives.
Fenomelt hotmelts enable our customers to produce durable, long-lasting adhesive joints with very high resistance to ageing and a flexible adhesive seam.
Thanks to the developers' many years of know-how, Fenos AG is also able to adapt the final properties of the hotmelts quickly and precisely to customer requirements.
The low-odour Fenomelt grades can be applied very well by (spraying) spraying, nozzle or roller application and are characterized by good processing viscosities.
The Fenomelt types are available in easy-to-use pillows or cardboard drums for removal by pump.
